All Essenziale tables are 750 mm in height and 1000 mm wide. Lengths run from 1600 mm to 2200 mm in 200 mm increments. Choose from two leg styles — Trapezium or X-Frame — both in matte black powder-coated steel.

A–B Distance & Seating

Leg Spacing & Seating Capacity

The A–B distance is the clear internal measurement between the two leg frames — the usable space that determines how many seats fit comfortably along each side. Allow approximately 600 mm per person when planning your seating layout.

What is the A–B Distance?

The A–B distance is the clear internal gap between the inside faces of the two leg frames, measured along the table length.

This tells you exactly how much legroom sits between the legs. As a guide, allow 600 mm per person along each side when planning seating.

Leg frames are positioned with an equal setback from each end of the tabletop.

Care & Maintenance

Looking After Your Table

Solid oak rewards proper care. Follow these guidelines to maintain the beauty and structural integrity of your Essenziale table for decades.

Daily Cleaning

Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Wipe up spills promptly. Avoid leaving wet items directly on the surface.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or bleach. Use only mild soap diluted in water if required.

Heat & Coaster Protection

Always use coasters under glasses and heat protection pads under hot dishes and cookware. Solid oak is vulnerable to heat marks and moisture rings.

Re-oiling

Re-oil periodically if your table has an oil finish — typically once or twice a year — to maintain the surface and protect the wood.

Indoor Use Only

Designed for indoor use only. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent uneven colour change.

Timber Movement

Solid oak will naturally expand and contract with seasonal humidity changes. This is normal and accommodated in the construction.

Environmental Conditions

Maintain indoor relative humidity of 40 - 60% where possible. Avoid placing the table near radiators, air conditioning units, or in direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Solid timber responds to changes in humidity — minor movement is normal and expected.

Our European White Oak is sourced exclusively from FSC-certified, responsibly managed forests. Kiln drying to 8 - 12% moisture content ensures dimensional stability. The powder-coated steel legs are built to last a lifetime.
